twenty six: sick

My cord is still MIA.
I've still been taking pictures, though.
CORD WHERE ARE YOU?!?

EDIT:

This is what my day consisted of: laptop, gallons of water, The Office, and blogging.
I woke up with a fire in my throat that couldn't be quenched!
Turns out I have canker sores down my throat.
TMI? Sick nasty.

twenty five: agnes

The cord is still missing.
And today has been a blue day for many reasons.
Let's hope for a better tomorrow.

EDIT:

EDIT:
Matt picked me up from work today. Oh Agnes.

twenty four: charlie

There must be an epidemic. I can't find my uploader cord anywhere :(

Too bad I had a sweet picture...

EDIT:

The Charles.

EDIT EDIT:

He's usually a happy baby; but today something pissed him off.

twenty three: a la carde

Everybody come to the University Mall by Saturday to stock up one some awesome stationary and wedding invitations before it goes out of business!
This has been the best job. I'm sad to leave it.

twenty two: colors

I don't know why I love this relationship so much.
Try looking at the world as an artist.
You'll be surprised at what you find.

twenty one: nights

Dropping Matt of at home at the end of the night is hard.
Can we please just fast forward 2.5 years?

tw20nty: i missed you flowers

Oh how I love when Matt surprises me with I-missed-you flowers.
Maybe even better than flowers is I-missed-you lasagna (and kisses)!
It's good to be home.

nineteen: oregon coast

Today was a big travel day for me.
We woke up at 5:30 and drove two hours to the Oregon Coast to see the sunrise.
Except when the sun rose, this is what we saw.
Too bad it's still just as beautiful!
I love the layering of the mountains.
Oh, Oregon.

EIGHTEEN: haiku

We went on a walking tour of Portland today.
The underground, shady, scandalous version.
This is one of the haikus in the stone garden at the Japanese Relocation Memorial.

seventeen: street art

Sixteen: church

A church in Salem, Oregon.

fifteen in Portland

I promise I have been taking my pictures, even while on this ridiculous Oregon trip.
We stayed with Jeannette's aunt for two days and she didn't have wireless.
This is our awesome/awful Dodge Charger upgrade.
Awesome because it's a Charger.
Awful because we were scared of crashing.

[thirteen]

Today I bribed Matt to let me mess with his hair in my bathroom.
He even let me take pictures.
Matt HATES me doing his hair crazy, but I think it's really fun.
Apparently he really loves me...
or my bribe was just amazing.
I think it was the bribe.
I was even going to put pictures of his missionary hair
until I saw this one.
Because he looks good in this one.
And his hair is normal.
And I know he would hate me putting a stupid picture of him up on my blog.
Even though he said I could.
And I really want to.
I'm going to be a good girlfriend and not.
So there he is ladies and gentlemen.
My wonderful Matt.

Does anyone else see a one-eyed monster?

ELEVEN

Target trips with Matt always result in finding something dirty.

TEN

Every time I pull into my parking lot
and see this gasoline can
in the corner of my building,

I imagine a Bond-like blast explosion...

Except I'm Bond
and my apartment complex is being blown up by some bad guy.
Creepy.

...Except if we have a bad guy, he's pretty stupid to leave the gas can there for a month.

Day 9

Art is everything.

Day 8: Consumerism

One of the biggest things I missed about America when I lived in Italy was the choices we have.
There are about 100 different kinds of just one food item at our grocery stores.
There, I was lucky if I even found one of what I was looking for.
It was frustrating at the time, but quaint.
I think Americans live by the principle that more options = better quality of life.
I don't know if I really agree with that principle.

So here's my question:
Is more always better?

Day 7 (Lists)

Let's get real: I love lists. I love everything about lists.
I love writing them.
I love checking them off.
Sometimes I even write down something I've already done so I can scratch it out.
I'll give you one guess as to who wrote the last one...

This is why I love Matt.

Day 6 (Art)

Do you need any more proof that majoring in Art Education is fantastic?

My hand-thrown pot before firing.

Day 5 (Church)

Church was hard today.
Time seemed to stand still.
Best moment: when my bishop tried to
pimp out my apartment complex to the boys in my ward.
That was awesome.

Day 4 (Praxis)

6:45 Saturday Morning. The Praxis is out to get me.

I am not a morning person. Neither is my face.

But the walk home was awesome.

Day 3

Love, Kellie

Day 2

Technically, since it's 1:18 in the morning, this counts as day 2.
This is what I look at when I sit in my bed.
Postcards from my study abroad in Italy...
A Degas. Sigh.
Bunny ears and a note from when Wistie decorated my room as a farewell to Europe.
The hole is because I put a painting I made up about 40 times until I realized it would never stop falling.
But now I like it.
Don't you?

Day 1

Dare I say, I missed the snow when I was gone?
I think so...

The Prompt

This is the prompt I wrote for a class, and what I based my blog off of.
